Laser Direct try to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum whilst offering the best possible delivery service. Delivery costs will depend on the weight and size of the items you have ordered and your location. When you checkout you will be shown the delivery options available.

Standard Delivery
Average delivery times for 'in stock' items are 2-3 day’s for this service.
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post and larger or more expensive items may be sent by Parceline Courier.
Courier items will require a signature on delivery and it is preferable to state a business delivery address where possible as residential addresses are often more difficult to locate resulting in a possible delay.
Please note that if our couriers find that there is nobody available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
Express Delivery
Average delivery times for 'in stock' items are 1-2 day’s for this service.
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail and larger or more expensive items may be sent by Parceline Courier.

If you are presented with a delivery quote required this usually means that you are ordering outside the UK or the product is too big for our carriers. Laser Direct will find you the best possible delivery service and price for the item and forward the information to you via e-mail. We will wait for your kind instructions on whether to proceed with the order.
